How do I get a return/exchangement?

3. The goods must be in its original presentation box. That means the product hasn't been sized, worn, plastic removed, damaged and so on. We can not accept a return that it is not in the exactly same condition as we shipped to you.
We offer a 14 day exchange policy.
1. Send us an email about the problem as you received the products within 14 days. We will reply you in 24 hours.
2. Make sure that the products in its original condition.That means the product hasn't been sized,worn,plastic removed,damaged and so on.
3. Pay for the price difference if you exchange another one (if there is any).
4. In addition, we will pay for the exchange shipping fee if it's our fault.
Note:We will make sure to compensate any possible defect of the products, in case it is the manufacturer's fault. However, if the timepiece has been damaged intentionally or accidentally during delivering or wearing, we will not compensate.
